Our Export Process
Share your product mix, target market and preferred Incoterm. We issue a proforma invoice with FOB/CIF pricing and payment terms.
Production begins on confirmed payment. Every batch is quality-checked before packing; mill test certificates issued on request.
Products are export-packed to withstand ocean freight. Commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin are prepared.
Container is loaded and shipped from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra port. Bill of lading and shipping documents are sent to you for customs clearance.

We quote in whichever Incoterm suits your logistics setup — FOB from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra port for partners managing their own freight forwarder, CIF to your destination port if you prefer landed pricing, or EXW from our Delhi factory if you handle inland transport yourself.
Payment is typically T/T (wire transfer) in advance or split advance/balance against shipping documents. For larger first-time orders, we also accept Letter of Credit at sight.
Every shipment is classified under HS Code 7323.93 (stainless steel table, kitchen and household articles) on the commercial invoice, with mill test certificates available confirming SS 304 or SS 202 grade.

What Incoterms do you offer — FOB, CIF, or EXW?
We quote FOB (Free On Board) from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra port, CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to your destination port, and EXW (Ex Works) from our Delhi factory. FOB is most common for regular B2B import partners who manage their own freight forwarding.
What payment terms do you accept for export orders?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance or partial advance with balance against shipping documents is most common. We also accept Letter of Credit (LC at sight) for larger first-time orders. Payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice before production begins.
What export documentation do you provide?
Every export shipment includes a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin. We also handle GST-related export documentation (LUT filing for zero-rated export supply) on our end — you receive clean, customs-ready paperwork.
What is the minimum order quantity for export orders?
Export MOQs are typically structured around efficient container loading rather than a fixed piece count — most first-time international buyers order enough of 2–4 SKUs to fill part or all of a 20ft container. Tell us your product mix and target market, and we will quote the most efficient container configuration.
Which countries does RRB World currently export to?
We regularly export to the UAE, UK, USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa. If your country isn’t listed, contact us directly — we can usually quote a shipment to most destinations reachable from Nhava Sheva or Mundra port.
Can you supply mill test certificates for the steel grade used?
Yes. For export and bulk orders, we provide mill test certificates confirming the steel grade (SS 304 or SS 202) used in production, which most international buyers require for customs and quality assurance purposes.
